My story:

Jericho is currently undergoing treatment for Heartworm disease. He should be available June/July 2024. Please get your dogs tested for Heartworm disease annually, and keep them on a monthly preventative. Heartworm disease is deadly!

Jericho is a Jack Russell Terrier Mix who came to us from Labelle Animal Control. This guy loves attention and will go to extreme heights to get it. He can jump from the ground straight into your arms to give you hugs and kisses. He is very energetic and loves play time, as well as cuddles when the day winds down. Open your heart and he will jump right in.

How To Adopt?

ARC is open daily from 11 AM until 4 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, for visits and adoptions. If you see a resident that you like and you have further questions, you may contact us and an ARC representative will get back to you to discuss him/her in further detail. Or, you may call (239) 731-3535 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM for more information. Please leave a message if we don't answer, and we'll do our best to return your call promptly.

The average cost of care for one resident at ARC is $1000 annually, but ANY amount goes a long way towards providing for our residents!
