Tivali came to ARC because his guardian could no longer care for him. The initial adjustment was a little difficult for him. The staff and volunteers at ARC have been constantly working with Tivali to help him feel safe and loved. Their efforts are! surely working, and just recently his gentle demeanor and affectionate nature are now front and center! He is out enjoying himself on the screened area and enjoying attention and affection from all.
