Tinker came to ARC because his guardian could no longer care for him. He adjusted quickly to his new surroundings and is enjoying spending time on the screened area where he can watch everything going on outside and still be ready to mingle with the other kitties.

Tinker is a gentle and affectionate cat who appreciates both quiet moments and playful interaction. His friendly nature makes him a wonderful addition to any loving home.

How To Adopt?

ARC is open daily from 11 AM until 4 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, for visits and adoptions. If you see a resident that you like and you have further questions, you may contact us and an ARC representative will get back to you to discuss him/her in further detail. Or, you may call (239) 731-3535 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM for more information. Please leave a message if we don't answer, and we'll do our best to return your call promptly.

If you are unable to adopt a resident at this time, you can become a sponsor for a particular dog or cat! The average cost of care for one resident at ARC is $1000 annually, but ANY amount goes a long way towards providing for our residents!
