My story:

MacGregor is a bright, happy, and lovable kitty that gets along great with everyone! He came to ARC from another shelter that was out of space. Being a very sociable kitty, MacGregor quickly adjusted to his new surroundings. He especially enjoys lounging on a comfy, cat condo or a cushy chair where he can watch everyone coming and going. He also enjoys cuddling in someone’s arms or lap. MacGregor is great with all: staff, volunteers, strangers and all the other cats in his house!

How To Adopt?

ARC is open daily from 11 AM until 4 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, for visits and adoptions. If you see a resident that you like and you have further questions, you may contact us and an ARC representative will get back to you to discuss him/her in further detail. Or, you may call (239) 731-3535 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM for more information. Please leave a message if we don't answer, and we'll do our best to return your call promptly.

Sponsorship

If you are unable to adopt a resident at this time, you can become a sponsor for a particular dog or cat! The average cost of care for one resident at ARC is $1000 annually, but ANY amount goes a long way towards providing for our residents! Your sponsorship will help with the cost of staff to care for the resident, medical attention, food, toys, etc. You can make a HUGE difference in the life of one of our beautiful residents!
