Charity was surrendered when her guardian could no longer care for her due to ill health.  Being at ARC has not been easy for Charity. At first, she was struggling to adjust to the sudden change in her life. Recently Charity has come out of hiding and is getting to know the staff and volunteers who come in her house. She is even welcoming petting from volunteers and visitors that she only recently met.
